INGREDIENTS

6 pcs Razor clam

to taste vermicelli

1 thinly sliced leeks

3 tablespoons soy sauce

4 tablespoons of vegetable oil

4 cloves of chopped garlic

HOW TO COOK

Soak vermicelli for 30min, then wash the clam

Tata clam in container, put vermicelli which has been drained to clam to bihun neatly arranged above all clam

Sprinkle chopped garlic and scallions on top, steam for 8-10 min, lift

Pour the soy sauce evenly over the clam

Then heat the oil until it is hot, and pour it evenly over the clam.
