Vinegar Vegetable Rice Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 pack of corn vermicelli
3 chicken eggs
1/2 carrot fruit
1 lenjer leek
to taste banana leaves
to taste biting / toothpicks
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
HOW TO COOK
Pour hot water into the vermicelli while stirring until wilted and drain.
Wash peeled carrot and diced
Iris spring leek softly.
Beat the eggs then add salt carrot pepper, leeks and vermicelli, stir until well blended.
Take a banana leaf, pour the dough and wrap a triangle or according to taste.
Steam curleb 20 min.
Lift, arrange in plate and ready to serve.
